Just take the S-Bahn (Train S1) from the airport into the city.
It will take 30 Minutes to the station „Stadthausbrücke“. You can hear and see the actuall station inside the train on the display. Just walk 5 minutes from „Stadthausbrücke“ to Kornträgergang 10.
